As a charity and non-profit making organisation, it was key to identify a contractor that would provide best value for their new UK Head Office relocation project. Workspace Interiors were awarded the contract for the full relocation management and fit out of their new UK headquarters despite strong competition from some of the biggest design and build contractors in the UK.
Workspace Interiors looked to use as much of the current infrastructure and equipment as possible in the new office without detracting from the overall quality of the end product. The office space was re-branded and re-decorated to the highest standards giving the charity a fresh, contemporary feel with a positive brand identity. Workspace Interior’s maintenance division now manages the office space, providing both planned and reactive maintenance.
